Show Product Reviews
Reviews are good news. Some 84% of consumers trust online reviews as much as they do a personal recommendation from a friend. Enable this feature to automatically request product reviews from customers who have purchased from you.
Make Your Products Scarce
Use supply and demand to your advantage. Stores that make a product scarce in some way create the highest increase in conversions. Display a badge to let your customers know when a product is on sale, running out or out of stock.
Add Product Recommendations
Guide your customers in the right direction. More than half of online holiday shoppers said they purchased an item that was recommended directly from a retailer. Use a rotating carousel to show products with titles such as “Similar Products” or “Customers Who Viewed This, Also Bought” to encourage comparison shopping and provide inspiration for gifts.
