The remote interpreting service via audio call (telephone) or via video call is available for all Italian/foreign users as a support in linguistic communication between people in the field of public and private emergencies, meetings, business contacts, need for information and first reception on the territory. The service is available all year round 24/7.
This service is a valid alternative to the interpreting service "in person" which has high costs and is not easily and quickly available 24 hours a day.
The service offered has the following characteristics:
- it can be used by any private Firm and by the Public Administration, by Health Care Facilities, by the Civil Protection, by the Police, in airports, at customs, by professionals, by Hotel Customers, by travel agencies, by visitors of fairs and exhibitions, etc.;
- it is active all year round 24/7 (365 days a year);
- it puts the user and related interlocutor in contact with the linguistic interpreter within 60 seconds from the request (1 minute);
- the interpreters available cover over 150 languages, from and into Italian;
- all phone calls (audio calls) are recorded for professional and/or legal protection and in order to control the activity;
- the protection of privacy and professional confidentiality are assured;
- the detailed reporting and statistics of the use of the service are available on-line, with the possibility to divide consumptions between the Customer's various departments.

· Using the service is very simple; from any landline or mobile phone, anywhere in the world:
- dial a telephone number to a landline both for linguistic interpreting via audio call and via video call or use a link for the video conference
- via voice or via a code, ask for the desired language to be combined with the Italian language;
- immediately you are connected to the interpreter who will be in conference with the user and the caller.
· Fees "based on consumption" or "flat fee".
If necessary, the HELPMEET® VIDEO CONFERENCE SERVICE is also available. This special service is "private", without the use of the cloud; the management of videoconferences is private (on-premise server) with 100% privacy guaranteed; to activate the videoconference room, you click on the link received (up to 500 participants/24 hours a day/economical annual fees/ high quality and reliability) with a 99.9% business continuity.
